A practical guide
A clear route. A clear budget.
You want to know what you will invest and what you will get. A monthly fee alone cannot answer that. Start with the gap between your offer, the right customer and an actual conversation.
One budget. Different pieces of work.
Research and positioning clarify whom you can reach. Copy and design explain your contribution. Implementation connects the source, page and enquiry. Media spend pays for advertising placements. A person still needs to handle the enquiry afterwards. A proposal should distinguish these contributions so you can compare them.
Pay attention to the bottleneck first.
More reach will not repair a confusing destination page. A new button will not create relevant demand by itself. We follow one specific entry through to actual receipt, then define a first contribution you can understand and inspect.
What to bring before a proposal.
One offer you actually want to sell. The area or market you can serve. Your current customer route and where it stalls. Your available capacity and a budget range you can support. Summaries are enough to begin; confidential customer records and credentials do not belong in the quiz.
Separate these cost lines.
Setup differs from ongoing support. Agency work differs from advertising spend. A new creative does not automatically include a new landing page. Platform and email costs are operating costs. Clarify who owns the accounts and content, what your team will handle and how later changes are priced.
The useful number goes beyond a click.
A click, a received enquiry, a suitable conversation and an order are different steps. Assess cost alongside the step reached and the work that follows. A cheap enquiry can become expensive to handle; a higher contact cost may fit a valuable task. Your own results need to establish that.
A bounded beginning. A clear next decision.
Agree a specific contribution, required access, a budget boundary and a review point. Record what will be delivered and what effect still needs observation. Then improve, extend, take over or stop. This page offers no invented price list or guaranteed number of customers.
Your next three steps
- Describe one customer route and its current bottleneck.
- Separate implementation, media and ongoing work.
- Agree the first scope, budget boundary and review.
